This is a patient referred to me after skin cancer was removed.
Cancer is gone, and a good cosmetic result after a skin graft procedure.
However, it is complicated with the collapse of the right nasal ala which resulted in persistent blockage of the right nostril, hence it is affecting her sleep.
If the surgery was well planned, complication like this can be minimised.
The patient requires reconstructive surgery.
