Cancellation Policy
Please call us on (02) 4989 5858 in case there is any change of appointment or questions. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to other patients who may require care sooner. Please be advised that a fee of $75.00 will apply for cancellations made with less than 1 business day’s notice or missed appointments / non-attendance. Outstanding fees must be settled prior to further bookings being made. By booking an appointment with Luminous Skin Cancer and Scar Centre, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
